Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, in order to maintain the quality and planning of our courses, all cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

1. Notice of cancellation

• Any cancellation must be sent at least 48 hours in advance in writing (email to info@studiogillesplouffe.com).

• After this period, the entire planned course will be billed.

2. Cancellation fees applicable

In case of cancellation with notice:

• The price of courses given up to the cancellation date will be charged.

• Additional fees apply, equal to the smaller of the following amounts:

  • $50

  • 10% of the price of courses that have not yet been given.

3. Exceptions

• In the event of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, special arrangements can be discussed with management.

• The Gilles Plouffe Actors Studio reserves the right to judge on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, are made within a maximum of 10 business days.

• They are made according to the initial payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
